The Lion and Rose British Restaurant and Pub is pleased to announce that company president and founder, Allen Tharp, was recently conferred the honorable title of Hidalgo de San Antonio de Bejar by the Commissioners Court of Bexar County.
Conferred in June 2009, Bexar County Commissioner Paul Elizondo recognized Allen for years of business excellence in San Antonio, specifically focusing on his growing number of The Lion and Rose British Restaurant and Pub locations in the San Antonio area.
Allen Tharp’s endeavors provide over 800 local jobs to San Antonians and pump almost $30 million into the local economy annually.
